Judith Rose Flint, SPHR, CITRMS

Judith Flint is the owner of JRF Human Resource Solutions and has more than twenty-five years experience as a Human Resources professional.  Judith brings a practical, common sense approach to the HR function in a small business environment.  She is knowledgeable in many facets of Human Resources management such as employee relations, employment law compliance, management and supervisory training, and policies and procedures to name a few.  Judith has applied her expertise in a variety of companies employing from under 100 to more than 500 personnel. 

Ms. Flint conducts “How To” workshops on various topics such as effective recruiting, interviewing and selection; conducting meaningful performance appraisals; coaching and counseling employees regarding workplace performance and behavior;  documentation of employee files; and anti-harassment.

Judith has been successful in reducing employee-related costs, particularly in the areas of unemployment insurance and workers compensation. She was recognized in a State Compensation Fund annual report for loss control success.  

She is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management, Valley of the Sun (formerly Metro Phoenix) Human Resources Association, AZ  Consultants Forum, and the Arizona Small Business Association.   Judith also belongs to the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce where she sits on the Public Affairs and Arizona Manufacturing Network Committees and is a Chamber Ambassador.  She has served as an officer on the MPHRA Board of Directors and chaired several committees.  Judith received the 1997 MPHRA President’s Award.  Ms. Flint has presented workshops at national and local conferences and written or contributed to articles on human resources topics for numerous publications.  She is a regular contributor to the Arizona Republic’s weekly “Ask the Experts” column.  Judith is a former instructor for HRCI certification exam preparation classes.

Judith is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist. She conducts data security audits of employer premises and practices and provides employee identity theft safety training.

Ms. Flint has lived in Arizona for nearly forty years and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.  She earned Lifetime Accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources Management Certification Institute.
